Tot Town currently operates primarily on a 'drop-ship' basis. Therefore, most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Due to this, it possible that the item (s) purchased may be contained in the manufacturer's original packaging, thereby possibly revealing the contents of the package. Packages/boxes sent from the store front, warehouse or other location may also reveal the contents therein.

No gift-wrapping is available.

Tot Town reserves the right to change prices, edit shipping costs, and make changes to the web site, store-front, or any information pertaining to any operation of its company. This includes discontinuation or commencing the sale of any product(s), with or without notification.

Most products shipped UPS; however, USPS and FedEx may be used. Tot Town currently ships primarily within the U.S. For international shipping, please call us at 502-744-9261 or email us and leave a message if necessary.

Tot Town is legally not responsible for any accidents or injuries from the sales of our products. We strongly urge parents/guardians to supervise their children. Do NOT leave them unattended or not properly cared for.

II. Terms and Conditions

Tot Town has a 15-day return policy for most of its toy products. Defective products will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost. Non-defective products may be returned, however a 20% manufacturer's re-stock fee may apply, depending on the product.

Due to recent fraudulent acts and illegal use of our quilts and quilt products, NO RETURNS ON QUILTS. Tot Town reserves the right to refuse shipping on a "Return To Sender" package. Tot Town eserves the right to work out an exchange, if agreeable to the customer. If there is a defect, a replacement will be shipped after 1- a return authorization by Tot Town has been issued and 2- the defected quilt is shipped back/returned
As of Dec 1, 2004, Tot Town offers the "Super Special" ono all quilts. The items included in these specials may be changed, mixed or matched, as agreed upon by Tot Town and the customer. Tot Town holds the right to negate the free shipping offer depending on area of country or international orders. The free handbag will be both chosen and issued by Tot Town. Other terms, conditions and details may apply dependent on Tot Town Legal Team standards.

III. Your Privacy and Security

Tony's Tot Town will NEVER become a third-party as to your computer shopping, surfing, or activity at any time.

We respect the rights of our customers. Therefore, any information you submit to us, be it an email, comment, order, or other correspondance will not be used for any intent or purpose other than that with it is being used. We do reserve the right to send to your email address future offers, coupons, or specials. We do this because we believe in treating our customers with the utmost respect and fairness, and we especially appreciate "repeat shoppers", so, yes, we will send offers and deals to our existing customers email addresses from time to time. If a customer wishes not to receive such, simply inform us of your wishes. while we do hol dto that right, WE WILL NOT give, 'sell' or distribute your information to other companies. We WILL NOT abuse your information in any fashion. Once your order has been processed, and the products are on their way to you, your credit card information is destroyed. We DO NOT hold on to your information. Also, all checks are deposited within 0-48 hours of their receipt into an accredited U.S. banking facility. This is for your safety, security, and peace of mind as a customer and patron of our company.

All transactions via internet are secure through Paypal. All transactions placed via phone, mail, fax, storefront or other are also secure through either secure server, PayPal, or an accredited FDIC insured U.S. banking system.

Mailable orders, faxable orders, and call-in orders are available. You may legally utilize any means that are currently offered on our website in order to place your order.
